Users think about which tasks they need to complete, such as creating a survey, inside Microsoft Teams. Soon, app suggestions will be organized by tasks that the apps support as opposed to conventional categories (productivity, project management). As a result, the new categorization will reduce the amount of time users need to spend learning about these apps – helping them to work more effectively.

GA: Rollout will begin in mid-August 2023 (previously late July) and is expected to be complete by early August 2023 (previously mid-June).
GCC: Rollout will begin in late August 2023 (previously early August) and is expected to be complete by late September 2023 (previously late August).
GCCH: Rollout will begin in early August 2023 (previously mid-July) and is expected to be complete by late August 2023 (previously late July).
