User impact: Users may be unable to download multiple files at once when downloading from the Files tab of Microsoft Teams channels.

Current status: Contrary to what we mentioned in the previous communication, we’ve determined that no additional fix is needed. The deployment of the main solution, which we had forecasted may take up to three weeks to reach full saturation, is being prepared, though hasn’t yet started being deployed. We’re, however, exploring options to expedite the deployment of the fix and expect to have an estimated timeline for resolution by the next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: The problem may impact users attempting to download multiple files at once when using the Files tab of Microsoft Teams channels.
