User impact: Users may be unable to access Call Group Forwarding settings in Microsoft Teams (Preview).
More info: The impacted setting should be located under the “Notifications and Activities” tab in the Settings page in Microsoft Teams, but is missing.
This issue specifically impacts users who have opted in to Microsoft Teams (Preview) by enabling the “Try the new Teams” setting. Where possible, users can bypass impact by disabling the aforementioned setting.
Current status: While some users have experienced impact relief as a result of the fix deployed to a subset of the affected environment, the broader deployment of the fix is expected to begin on October 3, 2023, which should complete to resolve the issue for all affected users by our next update on Thursday, October 5, 2023.
Scope of impact: Any user who has opted in to Microsoft Teams (Preview) by enabling the “Try the new Teams” setting is impacted.
