More info: As our efforts to remediate the impact continue, most affected admins can navigate directly to the Microsoft Teams admin center using the following link:

Current status: After investigating recent service changes and corresponding service logs, we’ve identified a latent code issue which is preventing the Microsoft Teams admin center link from appearing in the Microsoft 365 portal. We’ve developed a fix which is being validated to ensure its effectiveness prior to deployment.

Scope of impact: Admins attempting to access the Microsoft Teams admin center through the link provided in the Microsoft 365 portal are impacted by this event.

Root cause: A latent code issue within the affected service infrastructure is resulting in impact.
