More info: This issue is affecting admins’ attempts through the Microsoft Teams admin center to provision new telephone numbers in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions. As this issue is intermittent, admins may find success in additional attempts to acquire, release, or port some phone numbers.

No Microsoft Teams calling functionality is affected by this issue.

Current status: We’ve identified an issue with a specific third-party partner service we utilize to provision new telephone numbers in the EMEA regions which is resulting in impact. We’re reaching out to their representatives to determine our next steps.

Scope of impact: Admins attempting to provision new telephone numbers through the Microsoft Teams admin center in the EMEA region may be impacted.
