User impact: Users may be unable to use Microsoft Teams accounts on any Microsoft Teams certified Android devices.
More info: All types of certified Android devices are affected, including certified Teams phones and certified Teams Rooms on Android. Sign in failures may occur for both user accounts and room accounts. Additionally, users accessing Microsoft Teams on Android devices may be intermittently automatically signed out of Microsoft Teams. This issue is prevalent with devices running Intune Company Portal build 5882 and impacts devices from all original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Current status: The complexity of the problems that were identified during the validation of our fix continues to delay its deployment and the remediation of impact. We’re continuing to address a small collection of problems that were isolated during our fix validation and are expecting that an estimated timeline for the fix deployment will be available by our next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: This event may impact any users who attempt to use Microsoft Teams accounts on any Microsoft Teams certified Android devices, including certified Teams phones and certified Teams Rooms on Android.
