More info: This issue is affecting admins’ attempts through the Microsoft Teams admin center to provision new telephone numbers in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions. As this issue is intermittent, admins may find success in additional attempts to acquire, release, or port some phone numbers.
No Microsoft Teams calling functionality is affected by this issue.
Current status: We’re reviewing provisioning logs for failed requests to identify where in the provisioning flow calls have failed to focus our investigation in those areas. In parallel, we have a testing environment where we’re attempting to reproduce impact for further analysis.
Scope of impact: Admins attempting to provision new telephone numbers through the Microsoft Teams admin center in the EMEA region may be impacted.
