Title: Group Activity Reports may contain inaccurate metric data
User impact: Admins may notice the metrics in Group Activity Reports between Aug 15th, 2023 and Sep 24th, 2023 are inaccurate.
Current status: We’ve identified that a recent service update which was part of regularly scheduled maintenance, inadvertently resulted in impact by causing some of our workflow infrastructure to fail when creating inventory data. We reverted this update to remediate impact, however, we estimate that it will take a few days for the data to backfill, in order to correct the inaccurate data. We estimate that this will be complete by Monday, October 2, 2023.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users who are being serviced throughout the affected infrastructure.
