Title: Some users’ calls to a Microsoft Teams Auto attendant from any Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) device may have failed

User impact: Users’ calls to a Microsoft Teams Auto attendant from any SIP device may have failed.

Final status: While monitoring the final phase of redeployment, we successfully concluded a revert of the build versions containing the impacting configuration issue, which we executed in parallel to expedite resolution. We subsequently confirmed via service monitoring telemetry that impact to end users has been remediated. We will continue to monitor the build redeployments to ensure they complete as expected, to reduce the likelihood of the issue reoccurring.
