User impact: Users may be unable to download multiple files at once when downloading from the Files tab of Microsoft Teams channels.
Current status: We’ve deployed the fix to the entirety of the affected service environments and we’re monitoring the service to ensure the fix has successfully remediated the issue in full. We’re also reaching out to some reporting users to verify that the issue is resolved.
Scope of impact: The problem may impact users attempting to download multiple files at once when using the Files tab of Microsoft Teams channels.
