Current status: We’ve been alerted to an issue in which admins and users may see a delay in Microsoft Teams usage app reports within the admin center. We’ve determined there’s a code issue in our pipeline infrastructure that is causing the Microsoft Teams app usage report data to be delayed since September 26, 2023. We’re developing a fix to address this issue, which we anticipate should complete and remediate impact by our next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: Admins and users serviced by the affected infrastructure may be impacted by this event.
Root cause: A code issue in our pipeline infrastructure is causing the Microsoft Teams app usage report data to be delayed since September 26, 2023.
