User impact: Admins may see Microsoft Teams team usage and group activity report delays in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Current status: We’ve determined a component in our processing pipeline is experiencing performance issues, which is causing a delay in data for Microsoft Teams team usage activity reports and group activity reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center since October 4, 2023. We’ve developed and applied a fix to the affected infrastructure, and we’re monitoring as our processing pipeline processes the backlog of data. Admins may be able to view some newer report data as the backlog processes.
Scope of impact: This event may impact admins who attempt to view the most recent data for Microsoft Teams team usage activity reports and group activity reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
