Current status: We’ve identified that a recent feature update to the recycling bin has inadvertently resulted in a regression, causing users to be unable to restore items from the recycle bin within SharePoint Online. We’re developing a fix in order to remediate impact.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
