More info: Users may have experienced delays for the following reports in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions specifically since Sunday, October 15, 2023:
– Microsoft 365 active users
– Microsoft 365 apps usage
– Teams user activity
The following reports were impacted since Monday, Oct 16, 2023:
– Microsoft 365 Groups activity
– Teams team usage
Final status: We’ve completed backfilling the upstream data for the remaining affected reports and confirmed that service was restored after monitoring the environment.
Scope of impact: Impact was specific to any user served through the affected infrastructure, attempting to view the aforementioned reports since Sunday, October 15, 2023.

End time: Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 12:00 AM UTC
Root cause: An upstream data source was not working as expected and caused several types of activity, license and app usage reporting data to be delayed.
