We are making enhancements to the Microsoft Purview DLP end-user email notification capability for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Attach matching email: Admins now can decide whether the matching email messages should be included or excluded in the end-user notification emails.
- Enhanced Token Support: With one click, Admins can now leverage tokens from our expanded token library to add exactly what matters the most to end users, like – Filename, PolicyName, PolicyRule, MatchedSITAndSurroundingcontext (which highlights the sensitive info types and surrounding characters with the sensitive information masked), and many more.
- Tailored Email Content: Customize sender’s display name, email subject and email body, allowing for a personalized touch.
- Email Preview: Prior to sending notifications, Admins can review them to ensure they align perfectly with the requirements.
