User impact: Users may see search latency within the Exchange Online service.
Current status: The saturation of the fix is taking longer than initially anticipated and is currently 48 percent deployed to the impacted environments. We’re continuing to monitor the deployment over the weekend and anticipate it may reach fully saturation by our next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: This event may impact any user running searches when they have more than 200 properties in their search schemas.

Root cause: A recent service update intended to enhance conversational matching in Exchange Online searches contained a code issue that is causing high Central Processing Unit (CPU) usage for file searches and resulting in latency.
