Final status: We determined that a recent infrastructural update where the connection to the service of these tasks was missed, causing impact. We added the DNS IP of the upgraded component to the service that generates the tasks and successfully remediated the impact.
Scope of impact: Users serviced through the affected infrastructure were impacted.
