More info: Users don’t see an override window popup to override the Data Loss Prevention rules, which subsequently prevents them from sending email in Outlook on the web.

Additionally, as a workaround, admins can update the organizational policy based on your organization’s legal and compliance policy or users can utilize the Outlook client.

Current status: We’ve reverted the offending change throughout the affected environment and our telemetry indicates impact is remediated. We’re reaching out to some affected users to do some additional testing and confirm that the issue is resolved as expected.

Scope of impact: Impact may occur for all users where they can’t override Data Loss Prevention rules in Outlook on the web.
