This is a hotfix release for the general availability deployment of Power Pages version 9.5.10.x for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This release contains a fix for a potential breaking change in Web API functionality where Web API URL parsing has been made stricter to fix unwanted behaviors. This can lead to errors in some existing WebAPI implementations which may have worked prior to the release.
These errors will surface with HTTP status 403 and error message “Unauthorized” under the following conditions:
- Expand/Filter/Any/All/Groupby verbs are used in WebAPI Query on a related table of the table for which Web API is used.
- This list is not exhaustive and there could be more conditions like this.
All website(s) enabled for early upgrade and the website(s) identified below will be upgraded automatically to Power Pages version 9.5.10.10 or higher.

How does this affect me?
During the update, the Portal Management page in the Power Platform admin center will be placed in a read-only state for a short period of time. Additionally, all website(s) will be restarted once during this upgrade.
What action do I need to take?
Upgrade of the website(s) to the newest version will be applied automatically. No action is required.
