Current status: We’ve identified that a recent update to the entitlements service prevents the automated refill of communications credits, resulting in impact. We’re preparing a code change that’s expected to deploy and remediate impact by our next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: Any admin expecting the automatic addition of funds to their communications credits balance in the Commerce Management Agent Tool may be impacted.
