User impact: Users can’t update calendar meetings in all Exchange Online connection methods and get a “Recipient Rate Limit” error.
More info: Impact is specific to delegate users that are attempting to update calendar meetings.
As a viable workaround, users can uncheck Request Responses for large calendar meetings in Exchange Online.
Current status: Due to the complexity of the issue, we’re continuing our assessment of recent service changes to isolate the source of this problem and identify a solution.
Scope of impact: Impact may occur for some delegate users attempting to update Exchange Online calendar meetings.
