Final status: We’ve completed our investigation and determined that a configuration change contained within a recent feature update intended to improve the service caused a portion of underlying service infrastructure responsible for the new cloud flows designer functionality to enter an unhealthy state, resulting in impact. We’ve manually rolled back the change throughout the affected environment and confirmed through our internal telemetry that impact was successfully remediated.
Scope of impact: Users serviced by the affected portion of infrastructure attempting to edit or create flows within Power Automate during the period of impact may have been impacted.
