More info: Despite users already being set up in OneDrive for Business, admins may have seen the following error message: “OneDriveā wasn’t set up for this user. Ask the person to go to portal.office.com/onedrive to set it up. It might take a while. If you still see this message 24 hours later, contact Support.”
Final status: We’ve identified that a recent feature update contained an authentication change that prevented admins from being able to see users’ OneDrive for Business locations in the Microsoft 365 admin center. We’ve disabled this feature update and confirmed with affected users that impact is remediated.
Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some admins who were served through the affected infrastructure.
