More info: The impact is specific to Windows devices that are running on some Windows versions, such as versions N and KN, where a specific Windows media component (mfplat.dll) isn’t present. Affected users may see no video where the video is supposed to be displayed.

Current status: We’ve encountered a delay in the deployment of the long-term fix though our current estimations suggest that the issue will be resolved by mid-March 2024. We anticipate having an updated and more precise deployment timeline by the next scheduled update.
