User impact: Users may be unable to view a Microsoft Teams meeting recap.

Current status: Deployment of the fix is still progressing more slowly than expected, but has saturated approximately 80 percent of the affected service area. We’re continuing to monitor as the deployment progresses, and we’re additionally evaluating methods to resolve the deployment delays to more expediently resolve this issue.

Scope of impact: Some users may be unable to view a Microsoft Teams meeting recap.

Root cause: A recent change intended to facilitate a new feature which provides watermarks for recording contained a code issue, resulting in impact.
