Title: Some users may not see the scroll bar in any window in the in the new Microsoft Teams

User impact: Users may not have seen the scroll bar in any window in the new Microsoft Teams.

More info: Users who had access to the scroll wheel on their mouse, trackpad, or other mouse-related devices were able to utilize this as a temporary solution. Users could have also minimized their window and brought it back to focus to temporarily restore the scroll bars.

The impact was isolated to the new Microsoft Teams desktop client and the new Microsoft Teams web app on a Chromium-based browser (such as Edge or Chrome) with Chromium version 121 and up. Users who use the new web app may have seen the browser’s native scroll bar.
