Title: Users may have a new feature application applied without the ability to opt out

User impact: Users may have a new feature application applied without the ability to opt out.

Final status: After further investigation, we’ve determined the service is healthy. A service incident didn’t actually occur; the feature changes which we received user reports for, originally detailed in Message Center post MC711662, have been pushed back and will not be applied on February 23, 2024. No action is required by affected admins attempting to set the default Office365 Anti Phishing policy to “manual” as none of the relevant service changes will be going live in the immediate future. An additional Message Center post will be going out ahead of any further changes detailing any actions required to opt out. This communication will expire in 24 hours.

This is the final update for the event.
