More info: Users attempting to play impacted Stream videos will encounter the error message: “This browser or app can’t play the video. Something might be outdated or not supported. Try again using a different browser or app.”
Current status: We’ve begun testing our automated repair in internal environments. While the repair has been successful in restoring impacted video files, we’ve identified a dependency affecting the display of video thumbnails. We’re developing some additional code to address this dependency within the mitigation deployment. Once the deployment has begun, we anticipate being able to provide an accurate timeline for complete remediation.
