Current status: Our analysis of aforementioned logs has so far been inconclusive. We’re now reviewing Outlook on the web server logs to identify the underlying source of the issue and determine our next steps. In the interim and as a workaround, affected users may be able to use the CTRL + V shortcut to paste the image successfully.
Scope of impact: Users serviced by the affected infrastructure who attempt to paste images into the main body of emails may be impacted.
