More info: Affected users may have seen the error message reporting “failed to load data. Please try again later”.

Final status: Our analysis of telemetry identified a recent service update contained a code change that was incompatible with the service functionality. We’ve since reverted this code change and have confirmed that impact has been alleviated.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users who were served through the affected infrastructure.
