More info: This event impacts the Microsoft Teams desktop app and the Microsoft Teams web client. Admins can view the correct counts through the Microsoft Teams admin center.

Current status: We’ve confirmed that our fix deployment is progressing as expected, and we anticipate the fix should reach all affected environments to resolve this issue by our nest update on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.

Scope of impact: Some users who are team owners may be impacted by this event when attempting to view member and guest counts for some teams.
