Final status: We’ve completed the repopulating the usage data reports and after monitoring the affected infrastructure, we’ve confirmed that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some admins who were served through the affected infrastructure.

End time: Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 9:00 PM UTC

Root cause: An instance of a process responsible for populating various reports’ usage data did not complete correctly, resulting in admins being unable to view data for March 14, 2024.

Next steps:
– We’re analyzing performance data and trends on the affected infrastructure as well as monitoring the service to help prevent this problem from reoccurring.
