More info: Specifically, users who haven’t adjusted the “status” field, “Score Zone,” or “recommendation” tags since Tuesday, January 9, 2024, may not have seen their choices for “status” fields, “Score Zone” preferences, or recommendation tags. Furthermore, the loss of exceptions and recommendations could have led to a decrease or increase in the Secure score.
Final status: We’ve determined that a backend data processing change encountered an issue which caused field or recommendation choices to not reflect properly in the portal. We reprocessed the data and confirmed that the issue has been mitigated.
