More info: The impact is specific to Windows devices that are running on some Windows versions, such as versions N and KN, where a specific Windows media component (mfplat.dll) isn’t present. Affected users may see no video where the video is supposed to be displayed.

Current status: We’re continuing to monitor the deployment of our solution, which will require more time than previously estimated to complete and remediate the impact. Our updated fix deployment timeline is now estimating that the necessary deployment will have completed by Friday, March 29, 2024.
