Current status: We’ve identified an issue in which some users may see a decline in their metric scores in the Ransomware protection and Endpoint Security initiatives. Our investigation determined that recent code modifications related to the calculation of scores for Threat Vulnerability Management (TVM) metrics contain a code issue and is preventing metric scores from displaying accurately. We’re developing and validating a code fix to resolve the issue and anticipate the deployment may start by our next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: Some users attempting to view their metric scores in the Ransomware protection and Endpoint Security initiatives may be impacted.
