Title: Users will be unable to view the ‘Works with’ section within Microsoft Teams

User impact: All users will be unable to view the ‘Works with’ section within their profile card in Microsoft Teams.

Current status: We’re continuing to monitor the deployment of the long-term fix which is nearing completion within our test environment. Once the deployment is completed, we’ll begin a period of internal testing to verify that the root cause is resolved, before further deploying the fix to the remaining affected infrastructure.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to organizations with two or more Information Boundaries or Address Book Policies configured. This issue impacts any user within organizations that meet that criteria.
