More info: The problem occurs in the new Microsoft Teams desktop and web clients for devices with Intel media drivers.
The impacted functions include the following:
– Video (including the use of camera)
– Screen sharing
Current status: The code fix is being deployed and users should expect to see relief as it rolls out. The fix will be fully deployed by the end of next week, Friday April 26, 2024. To ensure the fix is on track we will update again as it is expected to finish deploying.
Scope of impact: This issue may impact any user attempting to use media functions in meetings in the new Microsoft Teams on devices with Intel drivers.
