User impact: Users were unable to view or use the scroll bar after composing an Outlook on the web email using the “To” button.

More info: Specifically, the scroll bar for contact lists may not have appeared and while we focused on remediation, users may have been able to search for the intended user or utilize the desktop client as interim workarounds.

Final status: We’ve received confirmation from affected users representatives that our mitigation was effective, and impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Any user serviced by the affected infrastructure who was attempting to compose an email using the “To” button may have been impacted.

Root cause: A recent service update contained a code regression, which was resulting in impact.
