More info: When affected users attempt to use the search function within SharePoint Online sites, they may intermittently receive an incomplete results page and the results never load.
Current status: Our investigation of our impact scenario reproduction has been inconclusive so far in identifying the root cause of the issue. We’re proceeding with an investigation of the SharePoint Online infrastructure components responsible for facilitating search queries to assist us in identifying our next troubleshooting steps.
Scope of impact: Any user searching SharePoint Online sites may be intermittently impacted.
