More info: This impact is specific to users’ Copilot usage of some Microsoft 365 apps when using a device with multiple accounts active. The reports show lower than expected values from usage since November 1, 2023.
The following service Copilot usage reports are affected:
-Microsoft Word
-Microsoft Excel
-Microsoft PowerPoint
-Microsoft OneNote
We’re validating which connection methods of these apps are included in this usage reports for better understanding of the impact scenario.
