User impact: Users may intermittently receive no results when searching SharePoint Online sites.

More info: When affected users attempt to use the search function within SharePoint Online sites, they may intermittently receive an incomplete results page and the results never load.

Current status: We’ve thus far been unable to reproduce the issue internally. We’re reaching out to affected users to confirm if this issue is still occurring and provide additional diagnostic data.

Scope of impact: Any user searching SharePoint Online sites may be intermittently impacted.
