More info: The activity reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center currently displays a stale refresh date of ‘April 23, 2024’. Reports from the following categories are impacted:
– Microsoft 365 groups
– Microsoft Teams usage
Current status: We’re continuing our efforts to repair the additional upstream data source and expect impact to be fully remediated by our next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: Impact may be specific to any admin, attempting to view the Microsoft 365 groups and Microsoft Teams usage report in the admin center, who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A section of pipeline infrastructure, responsible for facilitating report data requests, has become unresponsive and is resulting in impact.
