We are retiring ‘Help me create’ feature from Microsoft 365 Web

We are removing the ‘Help me create’ feature from Microsoft 365 Web to improve user experiences. This change will affect web endpoints such as www.m365.cloud.microsoft, www.microsoft365.com, and www.office.com.

The ‘Help me create’ feature was launched in February 2024 to assist users with document creation using LLM. However, with Microsoft 365 app now offering Copilot for Work, AI-powered document creation will be integrated into the Copilot tab. This will allow users to brainstorm ideas and create new content based on various inputs such as storyboards, scripts, agendas, and executive summaries from Copilot chat.

The ‘Help me create’ feature will no longer be available on the Microsoft 365 app starting January 10, 2024.

We are committed to ensuring that your existing workflows are not disrupted by this change. Thank you for understanding.
