Starting October 14, 2025, Teams Rooms on Windows 10 devices will no longer receive updates. To keep enjoying the latest features and security, it’s important to upgrade to Windows 11. As we get closer to the end of support for Windows 10 on Teams Rooms, we want to help you navigate this transition smoothly.
During this time, Teams Rooms and Teams Rooms Pro Management software will still work with the latest Teams Rooms app on Windows 10 22H2 until October 14, 2025. After that, updates for the Teams Rooms app on Windows 10 will stop. We recommend using the Teams Rooms Pro Management Room Inventory export or the Windows 11 readiness checker to see which devices need upgrading or replacing.
Most Teams Rooms devices running Windows 10 have already been upgraded to Windows 11. But, some certified devices like Lenovo Hub 500, HP Slice G2, HP Elite Slice, Yealink NUC NUC7i5DNKE, and Crestron Skull Canyon cannot be upgraded and will need to be replaced. To find out if your specific device is affected, reach out to your manufacturer.
