Late 2024 was a big time at Microsoft with the launch of Copilot agents and the Visual Creator agent. Visual Creator helps users bring creative ideas to life with natural language prompts to create images, designs, and now video content with the help of the Clipchamp team.
In today’s world, visual information is absorbed more effectively than text alone. However, business communication still relies heavily on text. To bridge this gap, Microsoft is exploring ways to transform ideas into compelling visuals and videos.
The goal is to empower users with video creation tools to drive engagement, comprehension, and connections. Clipchamp is excited to offer this new capability to Commercial users with a Copilot license.
Users can create a video by selecting an inspirational prompt or simply asking Visual Creator to “Create a video” on a topic. Clipchamp then generates a video script, sources stock footage, adds transitions, voiceovers, and titles to create a draft video project. Users can edit the draft in Clipchamp before exporting.
