Current status: After investigating recent service changes and corresponding service logs, we’ve identified a latent code issue which is impacting the Microsoft Teams admin center link visibility within the Microsoft 365 portal for unlicensed Microsoft Teams admins. We’re validating and testing the efficiency of a potential fix.

Scope of impact: Admins attempting to utilize the Microsoft Teams admin center link through the Microsoft 365 portal are impacted by this event.
