Final status: After monitoring the progress of newly generated data, we’ve confirmed through the service health telemetry that data is now progressing as expected, remediating impact.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some admins who were served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A recent standard service update inadvertently contained a code regression, which was resulting in unexpected Adoption Scores delays.
