Current status: The fix has successfully been developed and deployed to the affected infrastructure. We’re awaiting for the backlog of delays to drain before declaring impact as resolved.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
Root cause: A recent service update, intended to improve general data integrity, has inadvertently caused synchronization issues between Microsoft Entra ID and multiple Microsoft 365 services.
