Title: Some users’ calls to a Microsoft Teams Auto attendant from any Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) device may fail
User impact: Users’ calls to a Microsoft Teams Auto attendant from any SIP device may fail.
Current status: We’ve determined that a deployment made to address an unrelated event introduced a configuration issue that resulted in the impact. We deployed a fix to correct this problem, which resolved the issue for most users; however, an IP caching issue is causing some calls to leverage the older, problematic version, causing those calls to the Auto attendant to fail. We’re running a redeployment operation that will effectively clear the cached IPs and remediate the impact, and we expect that this process will be complete and fully resolve this issue by our next update.
Scope of impact: Some users’ calls the Auto Attendant from SIP devices are failing.
