Final status: We’ve identified that a recent service update inadvertently introduced an error in the code responsible for saving Bing News settings in the Exchange Online admin center, which resulted in impact. We’ve deployed a code fix to the offending update and confirmed that the issue is no longer occurring.

Scope of impact: Any admins adjusting Bing News settings within the Exchange admin center may have been impacted.
